I wash my hands way too much, I've completely dried the skin on my hands out because of it. All it takes is to touch a door handle I feel weird about and I'm watching my hands. If I'm handling raw chicken my hands are gonna get it good. I must wash them 50+ times a day easily. I also abuse hand sanitizer like a bitch. Calm down. I phrased my post badly. My urge to wash my hands and face is not only because of dirtiness but the skin sensation itself. For example touching printed papers or getting a small speck of dust on my face causes disturbing sensations and an urge to wash the cause off.
