how easy is it to make this stuff? my friends mom used to make it for us all the time but she died.

I make pancakes about once a week. Here's the recipe
140 grams self raising flower
175ml milk
1 egg
Some sugar
Some vanilla extract
Some cinnamon
Some golden syrup to pour on
1. Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon
2. Beat egg into milk
3. Mix egg-milk into flour-sugar-cinnamon
4. Fry on low heat
They taste amazing.

Literally just pop it in the oven, wait 25 minutes, and it's ready
Gotta cook it in the oven though, no microwave. They come raw
