Who /irregular sleep schedule/ here? I mostly sleep two 4 hrs sleeps a day, sometimes 3/3hr. But sometimes I sleep 14 hrs straight, or just 6 hrs, dunno. I just go to sleep when I'm sleepy, I have no set schedule at all.
It's currently 6:10 am here and I haven't slept since yesterday morning. I probably wont sleep until later tonight either.
In an ideal situation id be able to grow some weed plants and smoke some to help me sleep. But a bunch of suit dummies have decided to make a plant illegal so I'll just suffer until I kill myself. Its funny because they made it illegal so I could be a harder working citizen and participate in society. But i will not do either for them. Im a free man and I will not sell hours of my life for $15 at a time. So I will lay awake and suffer and sleep when I can and eat when I can and on the off chance I get something to help with my mood or sleep I will take it. And one day when I am really tired of this whole world I will go for an eternal sleep and be rid of this suffering stupid place.

Gonna be legalized, or at least decriminalized, sooner or later.
I've been sleeping from maybe 6 pm to 1 am
sometimes I'll sleep a little from around 7 am to noon

But it mostly fucks with your head and mood
I slept from 7am to 6pm yesterday. Then I stayed up till now, 636am. I want to get back to sleeping at night, say 10pm, until morning like 6am or so. I've switched back to night sleeping before, but I forget how.
I sleep whenever I'm tired, I always stay up til early AMs even when I have to get up early. If left alone I sleep a really long time like 10 or more hours and then sometimes a mid day nap too. I think it's the depression. Here I am at 3:30AM, have a job interview tomorrow afternoon and fucking looking at 4chan because I can't sleep since I can't stop thinking about how I got fired. Sigh.
I hate sleep. It's the only thing I enjoy anymore so I try to do it as little as possible.

It does indeed. I can't prove it to you, but just look at the millions of testimonials out there or try it for yourself and you will see. You'll get a bit stoned. If you've never smoked before you wont need much to get you there. Once the 'high' wheres off (or even before) - you will feel tired. 45min to an hour after smoking is when you'd want to be in bed.
I'm pretty much a nightowl, I stay up anywhere between 3 an 6. I've started some new pills that make me really fucking groggy during the day if I don't get a good nights sleep though so I'm having to try an get to bed earlier

i just call it a dynamic sleep schedule
