I have an elaborate, ongoing (and involuntary) fantasy where I have set up a not-for-profit food organisation. We pride ourselves on absolute transparency and ethical conduct. It might be fair to say that I and other people's auditory hallucinations fall under this heading. But the relevant question to ask when considering the "crazy" category, is whether or not one consistently contorts these hallucinations into paranoid delusions (in my humble NEET opinion).
