His nose really isn't a big deal at all, nobody cares, he looks fine, and has pulled plenty of girls. Getting a nose job might give him +1 attractiveness but it means nothing if his personality gives him -100 attractiveness. I want him to be happy and do well, I used to watch his runescape videos like 10 years ago, but hes a nob and has plenty of work to do on himself without the plastic surgeon.
