I grind in my sleep

Dentists say I have the teeth of an old man and I'm only in my 20's :(

Tried getting a mouth guard to sleep with but it felt like I had a fucking block of wood in my mouth and couldn't fall asleep. Guess I'll just save up money for a good pair of dentures/dental implants once my teeth inevitably rot out of my mouth.

I drink a lot of coffee/tea/caffeinated beverages in general.

Other than that, I think my anxiety probably contributes to it.

I drink a lot of coffee but I started grinding my teeth when I was like....13? Didn't start drinking coffee until 18. I only do it in my sleep. I used to wear a mouth guard but I lost it and haven't cared enough to get a new one
