it's not too dangerous if you know what you're doing, although I think it's pretty hard on your liver. It's definitely horrendous for your brain, but you can mitigate that to an extent by spacing out your times. I always wait at least a week in between trips, but I'm a self destructive fucker and you should wait at least a month
