Who /light eater/ here? An apple with peanut butter and a glass of milk is my favorite meal. And no, I'm not anorexic or skin and bone.

Why thanks you.
>>29599290
I'm that way too. I like lots of small meals throughout the day rather than proper breakfast lunch and dinner. I'm pretty thin but in the normal range.

you're welcome, here have another pizza pie
since when is an apple, peanut butter, and a glass of milk a light meal?
sounds pretty filling to me.
got some more 'za
>>29599780
Like 400kcal, if the peanut butter is kept to a reasonable number. I wouldn't call that a big meal.
anyone tried to feed their cat pizza?
how'd it go?
>>29599826
Never tried pizza, but I have tried Doritos, and he liked it at first, but then he spit up the second one he ate.
>>29599800
that's the suggested caloric value of all of my meals.
400 cal three times a day plus some light snacks is all my body needs.
guess i'll get frozen pizza for dinner tonight.
brand suggestions?
>>29599944
How small are you? I'm a 130lb 5' 10" manlet and still require like 1800kcal to maintain that.
>>29600035
You can never go wrong with Digiorno
>>29599857
Triggered anus
dude that's probably like 400 calories, that doesn't sound too light
100 calories for the apple
150 calories for 12 oz of milk (regular sized cup, wasnt sure if you were drinking a full one)
90 calories per tablespoon of peanutbutter, lets assume 2?
that's a regular sized meal bro
>>29600055
just looked up my BMR
1370 recommended, i round it down to 1300 a day, just to be safe because i tend to underestimate the calories in my meals.
Does anyone else just eat one big meal every day and snack a little bit the rest of the day?
>>29600055
Not that anon but I'm 5'10 119 lbs, I eat around 1200 a day to maintain it. Three cans of soup at 400 calories each, one for each meal.
>>29600443
really though are you like 5'3 ~120 lbs?
>>29600457
thats a fckin quesadilla
>>29600510
oh shit my bad lol I legitimately thought that was a pizza.
>>29600501
if you really only ate that you'd weigh less.
>>29600510
5'6" 120lb
pretty average
>>29600583
I wish I did weigh less actually, I feel like I'm bottoming out. I've tried just two cans a day but I feel so low on energy when I do that for a few days.
The literal basis of anorexia is that you don't think you're anorexic. You think literally the opposite.
>>29600635
So eat something that isn't fucking soup maybe?
>>29600510
>thats a fckin quesadilla
it's an upside down pizza, innit? who eats pepperoni quesadilla?
>>29600635
why would you want to weigh less? anorexia?
also, what kind of soup?
>>29600704
Dude right?? Thank you. I've been fucking looking at this thing for a while now and theres a pepperoni right there next to it. It's definitely a pizza.
>>29600650
that's body dysmorphic disorder.
tonnes of anorexics know they're anorexic, why do you think "proana" exists?
>>29600737
buzzfeed thinks it's a pizza
check out this quirky article featuring it xD

do you see the pepperoni now?
>>29599290
I love having a Caesar salad with an ice cold bottle of water. it's the perfect summer meal, and my friends make fun of me for it but I don't care. I'm not anorexic I just feel full easily.
this thread right here right now
>>29599399
The other day I ate 3 smores for lunch, it was kind of shameful
>>29602758
