I would say 6'2. Let me explain. I'm 6'0, and a whole one (1) cm too short to be 6'1, and the other day I went out to a place pretty crowded with people and saw all these tall men. If you live in Canada and US, if you are 5'10" + you are fine. This is not true in Europe for example where 5'10-6'0" is average. I would say 6'2" is the manlet cutoff in Europe, especially in some Scandinavian countries.

If you are taller you are obviously not a manlet, but an interesting thing happens when a man is shorter then this 5'7" lower bound.
