Well it's not super extreme I guess, but that's a consequence of not brushing daily, which is just bad hygiene. It can lead to infections and further gum disease if it gets bad enough.

But if it's been happening for years then I wouldn't put too many thoughts into it, except the anal bleeding, it's most likely hemorrhoids or anal fissures but it could also be a polyp and if that shit is pre cancerous you're going to suffer in the future
