I have an Xbox One and since it's kind of hard to aim with a controller I use D.Va since she's close range and it's easier to hit people with her. I do pretty well as D.Va. I wish I could play with a mouse and keyboard but I can't since Overwatch is available on mac. Of course my mom got me a mac laptop for college even though I tried telling her they suck. Of course, she's also paying for me to go to college so I can't complain too much.

I agree mercy is by far best girl, but she it's pure and innocent. She keeps up appearances as pure but she is a lot like dr Frankenstein. She saved genjis life and then experimented on him, basically making him into a killing machine. Then there's reaper, who she also experimented on. They even have a dialogue in game where she says to reaper "what happened to you?" And he responds with "you tell me, Doc."

Symmetra's kind of like spy or pyro in TF2. It was fun and kind of useful at first when the game came out and shutting them down wasn't down to a science. Now any Symmetra can be eliminated at nearly no cost to the attacking team.
