I don't know why, but sometimes for seemingly no reason I get extremely stressed out. Today for example I was completely fine, but then I took a shower and upon coming out my heart is beating like crazy, I'm shaking and I feel extremely stressed out. Any idea why?

that doesn't really help, I take vitamins every day and I'm not stressed about anything. I'm just stressed for apparently no reason

Maybe you have anxiety?

Also, apparently lack of sleep causes these too.

I've heard of social anxiety, but just anxiety? What does that mean? And it's not like it's something I struggle with every day, only happens once in a while.

Sleep 8 hours every night. Should be enough right?

I have an appointment with my psychologist in 30 minutes. I'll talk about it with him. I'll be back in an hour and a half if the thread is still alive

Not on medication, but I used to be on anti depressants about 2 months ago, I didn't stop overnight. No history of trauma as far as I know.

If it happens only once in a while, then it's normal.

It's the woman inside you screaming to get out
Not really, you are constantly stressed to the point you no longer nottice and its manifesting itself in wierd ways, some people start crying for no reason and can't stop or shaking
