There is no work.
In the bottom terminal she just has commands for filesystem navigation. Very basic shit that doesn't even count as programming. The equivalent would be opening a folder, then closing it and repeating this so you look like you're doing something.
The top part of her desktop has a ruby file open with string concatenation function. That's also something very, very basic. Not to mention she's not even coding the function, she's just wrapping the operator already implemented under a different name.

She's not coding. She's trying to navigate to the directory where her code is to run it.
First she tries to navigate to a directory that doesn't exist (code).
Then she tries to go up a directory, but gets the command wrong...three times (cd.. instead of cd ..).
Finally, she successfully goes up a directory.
Then she lists the directory contents (ls).
Even though there's no "code" directory in the output of ls, she tries to navigate to it anyway.
