I walk for 5 mins on the treadmill every day
I do a morning routine that stretches, lifts, and some added explosive movements.
On mondays, wednesday, and friday, I do Req Park's beginner routine. I've been using it for months now and I don't feel like dropping it.

On weekends I don't workout but I do my morning routine twice.

Been doing starting strength/stronglifts for about half a year now. Not really gaining mass, though. Must be because I'm not really eating that much and getting at most 6 hours of sleep most nights.
I do a push pull routine. I pretty much need to lift to not feel like shit

Planning on ditching all this and doing stronglifts 5x5 at a gym, if possible.
Everyday i do 20 pushups 30 situps some pushup position thing for my core (have to stay in position for 1 minute) one minute of dumbbell lifting and then 20 squats i do 3 sets of this whole workout

greyskull lp, I add my own accessories. Wasted a lot of time with push pull legs. Skipped a lot of leg days too. Been lifting for about a year and my proportions look great although i've been steadily gaining fat and mass. Waiting to get 1/2/3/4 b4 I cut.

So? Same issue here (tiny wrists, awful bicep insertion point), but I still look a hell of a lot better with 17" arms over the 12.5" arms I used to have.
I got fit and girls started 'mirin, but I made no social gains so I sperg out at the slightest bit of interest.
This is a hell worse than robotdom.

I have dumbbells and I do presses and rows and some isolation every 3rd day.
Also go running a lot becuase I'm really good at running now for no reason.
