Where do I go to make friends or find a girlfriend? I'm turning 25 next week and the only thing I need to feel happy is a social circle, hell even talking to girls for training would make me feel better.

It just seems so hopeless, I go to the park 3 times a week and despite forcing myself to small talk I can't seem to connect with anyone.

Making friends after 25 is hard. By 30 if you haven't made at least 1 you most likely wont. But friends are really just a social construct anyway. Down here it's everyman for himself. A friend is just a way we BS ourselves. I've had more supposed friends stab me in the back than total strangers.

But I want to experience social activities, they make the depression go away, thing is I have been asocial for so long because of issues that I have trouble "plugging back in". I never even went on a date, I feel like I need that experience in my life.
