Also sugar beats are super easy to grow. They also grow fast making it satisfying.

Learn about fertilizers. Macronutrients and micronutrients.
Nitrogen is hella important, it's how the plants synthesize proteins and shit.
Potassium especially important for trees and bushes, they need that for healthy wood fibers.
You can learn the rest on your own.
Why a greenhouse? Why not just use the sun during this growing season?

This stuff is important, but organic matter in the soil is just as important. Good compost provides all of this and more.
