im currently sitting on 210 pounds and is a three weeks in my weight loss, made steady progress and recently hitting my wall when it comes to losing weight. im losing weight slower and trying to increase the intensity of my workout.

doctors recommend a weight loss of 2 pounds a week because anything else is too fast. i feel like i lost 20 pounds so far

Good for you. One of my "friends" was 365lbs at his worst, stayed more around 340, and got down to 290 before he quit and after a year started going back up.

All he does is play MMOs EVERY FUCKING DAY. HE HAS DONE THIS SHIT FOR THE PAST 15+ YEARS. FUCKER HAS A MASTERS IN AI WITH A MINOR IN COMP SCI AND REFUSES TO AUTISM FOR SHEKELS.

Of course he's a fucking lolicon/pedophile too.
