The dead grandpa stuff needs to stay there. Everything else can move around.
The other two closets will be coming down in order to make room for more shit.

Why does your room need redoing? Ultimately it looks like the only thing you can do is switch the bed and the desk around, you've got an entire wall wasted by 3 closets and another wall (the one with tv/vidya) is too short for anything but what you've already got there.

I cannot put the shelves on the top wall. I have a floorboard heater that runs along the entire back wall. Any shelves I put will be 4-5 inches away from the wall completely.
I came up with something really quick but I still don't know what else I could do here.
