Then I offer you this advice:
Ask the girl questions about herself and let her do the talking. Ladies LOVE to talk about themselves and when you just let them, not only do they really enjoy the date and feel more relaxed around you but you come off as a good listener and an enigmalic, mysterious and potentially exciting charactor (even if you're not). It works 90% of the time and by the 3rd date, by which time you'll have to start talking a bit more about yourself too, you'll know enough about her to hold her interest in the conversation too and, crucially for robots that lack confidence, you'll feel relaxed in her company by now.
As far as physical contact goes, build up to things from hand holding and hugs. These things make women feel safe and secure around you, which is a good idea if you want to build up to sex and/or a lasting relationship. kissing should start with a quick peck on the cheek after coming out of a goodnight hug on the first date, and don't grope her when you hug (at least not for the first few dates) be content with just feeling her nipples on your chest (which should be rock solid by now if you've been following my advice).
