How do you robots go about ascending stairs?
When I go step by step, It feels forced and cramped, but when I go 2
steps at a time, I feel like it looks autistic. Recently I have been trying a hybrid between the two, but I fear it looks even worse.
Any advice? Pic related is the hybrid method.

which foot do you use for the double step, and which is your dominant hand?

I am right handed, and I usually take the double step with my left foot.

This is the most autistic thing I have seen on this board. Just go step by step like every other person does. Or go by two steps. No one gives a shit about how you walk up steps. Here, let me explain further.
>First walk up to steps
>Put dominant foot on first step
>Then
>Put secondary foot on next chosen step, lifting foot so you dont trip
>Repeat until top
Kill yourself you autistic fuck, preferably by throwing yourself down the stairs.

wtf thats weird
to answer your initial question, i use the half double step technique if the stair length is too small for my casual stride ( leading with my right foot ), otherwise i single step.
walking down stairs has far more variety though, some people have gotten really good at it too.

Hybrid method is dumb and will make you stumble if you're not careful
Th patrish way to go up stairs is 4 at a time

if it feels cramped don't try to stuff your whole foot onto the steps. use the edge of the stairs and half of your foot, it'll make your calves look good too

I'm scared of falling down stairs so i usually go down on my butt and up on my hands and knees, unless it's a small set of 6 or less stairs
