yes i'm a fat fuck 320 lbs 6'1" 20 years old, was over 300 lbs by age 12 and been fat my entire life
highest was 450 lbs 6 months ago
the reason i got so fat was because i lived in bed 24 hrs a day without leaving for 7 years except for going to the kitchen or the bathroom, was depressed to the point of giving up on life and content with withering away, family fell apart too
over time i became so empty inside that now i don't care anymore and just want to be a normal human, more interesting than just killing myself
i've been eating around 600-1k cal average for 6 months and i noticed that my resting metabolism is fucked up so i don't lose weight if i don't exercise extremely hard, it's a bit fucked but i have to keep pushing no matter what, luckily i always feel compelled to push myself harder everyday and to do better so maybe i can still get to my goal of 140
