I don't do anything. At work I sit on my phone on 4chan all day, and at home I lie in bed watching YouTube videos. On weekends I might play some video games.

A few weeks ago I had to go out to a dinner with my family and it basically ruined my week and I couldn't wait for it to end so I could go home.

Is this normal or is there something wrong with me?

Fuck you I wish I could do that. I work 10-11 hours daily with a two hour commute. I work those 10-11 hours too, no downtime. Be lucky you don't have to abuse adderall to survive.
