Pistachios and walnuts are my favorite nuts, and seeds like pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are good too.
Try eating dates, they are really sweet and chewy like candy or caramel, but they are a fruit.

Cashew nuts are amazing but expensive.
I've recently discovered sunflower seeds as a very cheap alternative.
I'm talking exclusively about unsalted stuff, of course. I don't like unsalted peanuts (it's not actually a nut so it has a weird aftertaste) so I avoid those.
