Is "manual talking" not normal? I always think about what I'm about to say at least twice before I say it, unless it's something like "thank you", where its rushed and insincere sounding because I feel uncomfortable with feelsy words.

If you have time to think about everything you say twice you are either making a fool of yourself on a daily basis or you are not in challenging situations. If you have ever had talk to someone for any amount of time you would understand this feeling.
