How do you care about yourself and whether you succeed when no one cares about you besides your parents that you can't connect with and you haven't had a real conversation with anyone outside of your family in half a year?

Every day I wake up I only go toward escapism unless I have to go to uni that day then I'm back to escapism.

How can I start caring enough to actually consistently do productive thing and not just do them spontaneously or when I have to?

Read productivity books, like "Getting Things Done" by David Allen. I'm reading that one now, it's a bit boring but has some good ideas.
