Most of my shit is free to play or games I've picked up for $5-10. The most I've spent is $20 for various Borderlands at least a year after it came out.
The newest game I've gotten is the Division that I was more or less bullied into getting, and I have nothing but regret for it. I can't bring myself to buy new games because 99% of them aren't worth $60 + $40+ for mandatory DLC we shouldn't have to buy in the first place.

The sales are there, but the problem is anything mildly interesting is still $60 base, so half off is still $30. I wanted FO4, but it's $30 on sale with $50 for DLC.

I seriously thought I was done with games, but then I just realized modern ones are all greedshit that has had the soul drained out of it.
It also helps to have some kind of dedicated gaming device whether it's your phone or a special PC.
