Former skinnyfat guy here. I just torrented the p90x workout and did it at home. Started in January and now I have visible abs and defined muscle in my arms. It's a perfect workout for robots since you don't have to go to a gym full of chads or go running in public. You don't need much space at all. I do it in my bedroom, which is small. I also couldn't do pull-ups at the start so I just ordered some cheap exercise bands online. The videos show you how to use them. When you get stronger you can switch from the bands to a pull-up bar. I went from being unable to do 2 pull-ups to doing ten in a row after 6 months. I knew nothing about working out before and the videos literally tell you every single thing. You just have to do what they say.

Neither of you are actually skinnyfat. You have perfectly normal bodies considering you probably have not touched a weight in your life. The male body generally looks like shit by default, even if you eat healthy. My advice would be to start lifting heavy and eating heavier, then cut at 85 or 95 kilos or somewhere inbetween depending on how big you want to be and how tall you are. It's not actually a hard thing to do if you just want a decent body. Complaining about your body on the internet certainly will do you no good. Again, your bodies are perfectly normal and do not fall under the category of "skinnyfat" at all.

Not a lot honestly. Not that I don't have the will to, it's that I'm a poorfag who mostly can afford only unhealthy stuff, so I pick to not eat a lot if there's unhealthy food. I try doing paleo, but sometimes I just gotta take what there is, for example I ate some spaghetti 2-3 days ago.
For breakfast I take oats mixed with yogurt every day, lunch is the most varied, but it can be healthy or unhealthy (today was healthy, I ate some chicken meat and rice), dinner is usually egg whites (today I had chicken meat + one tomato), but sometimes it's unhealthy stuff too.
I eat fruit in between lunch and dinner.
No refined sugar, and I don't add additional salt to food.

Actually I'm more worried about the protrusion below my belly than the belly itself. I've been thinking what it could be, but I have no fat in that area, it's the triangle area just above the pubic hair. What is causing that protrusion then? The last month it's been affecting my marriage, and I'm not going to let that happen. The problem, I've been going nuts on endurance training, and it's been great for my health, but I'm not yet noticing results. I can run 5 miles without a break. Build muscle. Cardio won't do much for you, but getting some muscles will pretty much lower the fat and replace it with something else. I'm not saying you should go /fit/ mode, just a few pushups a day and maybe a bit of lifting and such should help.

I didn't follow it at all. I did the workouts verbatim but just kept my diet simple with a lot of skinless grilled chicken, brown rice, protein shakes and vegetables. I definitely cheated on weekends. I averaged 2100 calories mon-fri, then about 3000 sat and sun. Im shooting for otter mode physique, so if you want to get big you'll obviously have to eat more.

100% true. It's an exercise, so it will increase your TDEE and so indirectly will lose fat (only if the increase causes your caloric intake to be less than your TDEE). But that's not the lifting itself, it's just you fucking with your TDEE. You'll lose fat just as quickly cutting more calories out of your diet.
