I believe that keeping your mouth healthy is a sign that you haven't given up on getting grills.

Know the feeling. Feel like I should brush after drinking, but then just drink more and fall asleep so it never happens.

Brush once at night always, brush in the morning if I leave the house, but that's rare
I see a dentist every six months though, never have issues because I don't eat garbage. I probably take better care of my dog's teeth than my own desu

chlorhex lasts 24 hours so no need. Flossing is only needed once a day too. Everything else 2x or sometimes i scrape my tongue 3x

Think how 7-zip can make smaller zips than the Windows built-in crap tool. They're still lossless zips.
