I thought it was a meme but it's true. Only after two days of drinking water the pimples I had are nearly gone. If you have bad acne I'd suggest cutting out all sugary drinks and have water only .

Two days. I had some hard pimples on my cheeks that never go away unless I drink water.
Its 95% genetic. I ate like a slob, drank 2 litres of soda every day, chocolate bars, mcdonalds, chips etc and only ever had some blackheads.

Nah, it's mostly genetic. I drank a shitload of water ever since I got a UTI when I was 15. Still had really bad acne after that.
Then when I turned 20, it suddenly disappeared (except on my back, which nobody sees), but the destruction of my confidence had already taken place. Soon after my acne went away, I started going bald and getting fat.
