France is now more eurosceptic than the UK. If FN do well in the next election then France will leave. Finland will leave. Netherlands and Sweden may leave. Italy will leave the Euro when their banks collapse but won't leave the EU.

The game is up, the EU will now begin to slowly fall apart. The sooner EU members leave, the better.

It's not, last time I heard about it only about 35% of the french supported a frexit

Netherlands is by far the most eurosceptic country in Europe.

Anyway, any attempt to predict the future is quite retarded at the moment, there are plenty of possible futures

will never happen, people will start realizing how much of a geopolitical suicide is going back to a fragmented Europe and will be warmly welcoming the U.O.E.
>>
britfag here

I know this site collectively hates the EU but can someone please explain to me how leaving it is beneficial to our country?

Seems like it's just going to fuck us up unless other anons are right and the EU will dissolve.

At this point I think no one else will leave, scotland will potentially re-join and it will have been of no gain to us

I really hope for a bright future for this country

What do you even know about sweden that you haven't heard from stephan molyneux or Alex Jones? The parliament recently passed a bill that means that we will be adhering to eu minimums regarding immigration of relatives. Everyone coming to sweden seeking asylum is required to prove their identity which sharpely reduced the number of asylum seekers. We fucked up but now we're taking steps towards fixing it.
>>
>>29545613
it seems that the only anti-EU arguments are "muh sovereignty" and "muh immigrants"
>>
>>29545509
>France will leave.

Frenchfags hate Europe as it is now, but that doesn't mean they want to leave it. They just have a (very) hard time to wrap their minds around the idea that other european countries have a totally different idea of what Europe should be.

> There are still people here who are butthurt that Poland bought american planes with our european funds.

>>29545656
I know the EU is far from perfect.

despite what everyone says, me personally, I think we had it pretty comfy and now we're rocking the boat and no one's able to predict what's going to happen next.

And for what? what exactly are we gaining from this?

The country literally divided in 2, probably lose scotland.

No longer being in the common market is going to be a huge hassle.

It's uncertain if people will even trade with us.

Uncertain if we'll even be able to stay in the EEA.
>>

>da joos
>implying european "technocrats" are evil illuminati lobbysts and aren't just acting for a major good for the entire union

Seriously, I'd rather have a huge superpower even if controlled by banks and similar than having to learn chinkspeak in the future
>>
>>29545724
What kind of pisses me of is the huge amount of misinformation in this campaign. I was expecting you brits (talking in particular about your politicians) were more serious about this stuff than us pastalians, but tit seems we are on the same level
>>
>>29545803
It bothers me too but isn't there always some degree of bullshit when it comes to political campaigns?

It seems like a nationalistic movement most of all but I'm worrying about the negative repercussions
>>
>>29545509
>Finland will leave
and Russia invades them the next day
>>
>>29545840
there's always bullshit involved when fishing for votes is concerned and this is why I0m very skeptical about leaving such decisions to popular referenda (the constitution of my country, for example, forbids it, and it was a very smart decision seeing how many poor choices us italians have made in the past decades). Lack of knowledge about this kind of topics can only lead to disasters
>>
>>29545724
Switzerland is in the EEA but not the EU.
>>
>>29545912

NATO protects Europe.
Europe has proven to be complete shit at protecting even a single African country (see how they said to France they would help in the fight against Islamists in Mali, and France's still waiting), how could they stop Russia from doing whatever Putin wants?
>>
>there is no race they say
>>
>>29545947
But leaving it up to officials, elected or otherwise, supports the status quo. Not saying this is necessarily bad, but it means the decision isn't exactly fair.

These officials got their jobs by playing along with the status quo, they will be hesitant to change things, and sometimes things need to be changed.
>>
>>29545613
Ability to make free trade agreements with everyone outside of the EU (non-EU countries are already asking us to)

Not being limited by EU economic rules which limit our ability to nationalise public institutions (the railway for example) in favour of their corrupt, neoliberal capitalist "friends"

No EU to impose it's laws and rules onto us without our permission

Oh, and Scotland won't go indepdendent by the way. A late poll put Independence at 52%, and considering they just put 2 days of media doom and gloom, it should be in the 60s range. When everything has settled, it'll be back to being a non-issue

Literally nothing is going to change except having more freedom with our trade and laws. We're still being part of the European trade area and we're still going to have freedom of movement.

Actually Switzerland isn't, but norway and iceland are while not being in the EU.

Switzerland is still in the single market.
UK won't be in this market.

And there isn't really certainty we can stay in the EEA.

This is a concern to me on a personal level as I planned to live and work in norway once I have more money saved.

Isn't finance an important part of GB's GDP ? Plus auto manufacturing 50% is sold in the EU ?

Since GB is out of EU a big part of bank operations will go to paris, frankfurt, etc.

Same with auto manufacturing, it will become more interesting to do so in Spain for example.

Plus, GB might fall apart because of Scotland.

How can England recover from that in the long term ? They have no particular industry they exceed at contrary to other big european countries like france and germany.
>>
It makes me sad this forced peace upon us
>>
>>29546991
make sense for a far right party to be against free trade, though
just appealing to their base voters, I guess.
Obviously it would never work in the era of globalization
>>
>>29547012
It doesn't matter because we took enough for 5 lifetimes last year. Since 2010 there have been over 300 000 people applying for asylum in Sweden, how many of those do you think have left?

We need to massively deport almost everyone of those, until then our country will keep collapsing.
>>
>>29547079
far left, oops*
>>
>>29546728
There is quite a lot of immigrants but most of Sweden is highly segregated. I rarely ever see any in my area.
>>
>>29547083
90,000 got denied afaik. 210,000 people might sound like a lot but is very small in comparison to the almost 10 million living here already. We will recover and hopefully never repeat this blunder.
>>
>>29547181
Denied and deported isn't the same thing. Also it's not like we closed our borders, we will still take more than anyone else except Germany.

Nothing will be recovered btw, we haven't recovered from the refugees we took in the 90s whose children now are destroying our suburbs.

I really doubt that Scotland with part ways with GB, scotmen want to leave to remain in the EU but I doubt it would be possible to enter the EU as soon as they break up with UK, spain probably wouldn't even recognise Scotland's independance because of Catalonia and would use their Veto to deny Scotland from entering the EU

Finance is indeed a great part of GB's finances but it's not even the main issue with the brexit imo, first of all GB will have to re enter EU's free market, and they will have to keep funding the EU, except they wont have any power anymore.
The brexit shifted the balance, the European Union was so dependant upon UK staying within the union that they'd do british tons of favors, now that UK left, it's different, the UK is dependant upon trading with the union, and the union wants to trade with the UK aswell, except the UK is more dependant upon trading with the union, so they will be at disadvantage

The same goes with other nations, trade agreements with major countries will be at their disadvantage, at least, more than it is now, for instance, the UK might need a trade agreement with the USA, and the USA will also want a trade agreement with the UK
Except the UK will be more dependant upon this treaty than the USA, which means that the UK might have to accept eating chlorinated chicken, beef hormone, plumping, companies will be able to sue the state just like in the USA, etc, all the things the EU was blocking up until now will now come to reality in the UK.

The UK will probably recover, it will just become a cuckstate a la South Korea and Japan that will depend entirely on other countries.
