Females pro cannot complain about female-only competetion, because it gives them more chance to win $ than fighting against the best females AND males.
If they intend to do it for a living, they would be stupid to refuse the opportunity.

I don't believe that e-sport are like MMA and no female would ever stand a chance at Starcraft against Bob Sapp. I would rather have mixed competitions and see the best win, and if the best is female, I'll gladly put my male tears in a bottle and send it to a thirsty feminist.
