i share a room with my normie brother and i might commit an hero because of it. he always bitch how he cannot sleep ALL NIGHT LONG. this is how his day goes :

> wake up and have a strong black coffee
> have black at noon to fix his mood
> have green tea after lunch to help digest the shit he ate
> have a pre workout before going to the gym to "get a good pump bruh"
> have soda after the gym to get "fast digesting carbs"
> have dark chocolate before sleeping because " fuck it i crave it"
> bitch that he can't sleep
> wake up the next morning, rinse and fucking repeat
