Protip: carbs aren't inheriently bad, especially in the form of fiber (the banana, which is a complex carb) and combined with a high protein source (the meat, a good fat and protein source if not ate all the time). The ketchup has simple sugars (a carbohydrate) in it, is needed since we need simple carbs alsosince our bodies fo need quick energy before the complex carbs kick in. Too much simple carbs can reward us if used too much like in the case of obesity. That is, moderation is the key. Otherwise, it's perfectly healthy.
Maybe if you stopped eating the high calorie simple sugar slop that you eat, you'd learn a bit about nutrition a bit.
