I didn't eat for the past 4 days getting drunk, don't ever do this, by the 4th day I couldn't sleep my legs/feet were cramping up so bad. Hangover was so bad I would drink a glass of water and immediately puke it back up in the same glass. That went on for about 8 hours.

Macros are carbs/fat/protein. I really doubt you hit 4k with that because you didn't include any kind of measurement with your foods but you're definitely doing well enough. Just be diligent. Check out the app "fitness pal" its really awesome for ball parking calories because it has a database with nutrition info for most foods (restraunts included/ you can scan barcodes for other foods). It'll definitely help you really see where you're at.

It depends on the steaks but this doesn't sound like 4,000 calories to me.

a lot of those things are very inaccurately measured

one can of tuna is ~200 calories
a bowl of oats (?) is ~150 calories (one serving)
a banana is ~100 calories
a 7/11 smokie (never heard of this so I'm going off myfitnesspal) is ~400 calories, so 800 calories total
two servings of steak is ~700 calories
veggies who cares, potatoes you probably ate ~100 calories

So not counting the toast/peanut butter and the chocolate cake, you're looking at about 2,000 calories right there, give or take a few hundred

You did not eat 4,000 calories, I suggest you start counting them

Also, macros are proteins, carbs, and fats

Well you're eating pretty well (aside from the smokies and the cake), so it's alright if your calories are on the low side

Generally, fruits and vegetables are lower in calories and fill you up because they're full of insoluble fibers

What's your goal? If you're looking to put on weight, pastas/breads/grains are very calorie dense, but it's pretty much only carbs. If you're looking to build muscle, you should be eating more dairy and healthy fats, so things like more tuna, chicken, even some red meat is pretty good
red meat has a lot more fat than something like chicken or tuna, which isn't a bad thing, because your body needs fat to transport vitamins throughout your body and keep you insulated and all that shit

Like a couple of us have said, you're doing well with the foods you're eating. Most of it is very healthy and you're on the right track, but your diet should depend on what you're trying to achieve weight-wise

When I started lifting I was a bigger guy, and the nice thing about being fat when you start lifting is you've already got all the energy you need to build muscle packed into your body

Also, being fat makes it so you have more muscle, you ever seen the calves of an extremely overweight person? Takes a lot to lug an extra 30-40 pounds around

Just to expand on what this anon said, red meat is essential as you won't find as much quality iron in chicken or other meats.

Im no nutritionist but from what I understand it's best to rotate the meats you eat because of this.

Sometimes I eat more. I'm not very active either. But yeah I'm damn skinny. Idk I posted in another thread about how I have really unhealthy relationships with everything. I think most people would freak out if I told them how little I eat, for example, and I know it's not healthy but again I've been doing it for so long that here I am.
