I was in jail for a while. county jail, so you dont get as much. they never gave us mattresses. We just slept on steel bunk for two months straight. every night i thought about how much i cant wait to get out and sleep on something with just padding. time in their made me thankful for alot of thinks people would usually consider shitty. Now i sleep on the floor to remind me how blessed i am to have carpet.

I built a wooden tray for my keyboard that goes over my lap, and I just rest the mousepad on a pillow over my chest. I want to make a modification where the keyboard faces sideways because I feel like I'm getting carpal tunnel from the angle I have to bend my wrists to type. Getting up to piss is tricky, but I have the order down by habit. I was laying on one shoulder to type before. It did a number on my left arm where I have stretch marks all over. My neck couldn't take it anymore when I got old.

The house is pretty small so if they put a wall separating the hallway and the room there wouldn't be space for the bed so I actually live in a hallway
