Welcome to the club? I go through different phases of what I do. Some weeks/months I do as you do, sleep profusely and for long periods of time, during others I obsess over working out many hours a day so as to tire myself out to the point of not being so likely to worry about the innumerable thoughts that fill my mind and also to make sleep feel more rewarding, sleeping after physically straining yourself feels great for example, among other ways of making it feel more novel.

1 productive thing per day (be it studying, making money, exercising, whatever).
A few hours of video games/anime.
A few hours of playing instruments.
An hour of introspection after smoking weed or getting drunk.
A movie.
Go outside to do something (at least twice a week). Be it grocery shopping or whatever.
4chan the rest of the time.
