FUCK man, cigs are honestly one of the few things that just let me forget about how shit everything is for me. Is there anything else that helps with depression that won't fuck me up?

You could always dip. Higher chance to get throat cancer from cigs than dip.
I used to do both but quit after switching to weed but quit that too. Now just drink. Dipping is disgusting to me now, but man when you pack a fat lip it hits you like a truck.
