What sort of labels do you have attached to you?
How does it affect your life and what has helped?

'tis but a meme
but from my days of being a psych patient, I have built up a collection of labels, they're all basically meaningless however
In chronological order
>major depression
>general anxiety
>social anxiety
>panic disorder
>dysthymia
>bipolar II
>depersonalization/derealization disorder
>schizoid PD
>paranoid PD
>schizotypal PD
and insomnia/drug abuse, I don't know what the DSM names for those are though
>Asshole disorder
That's why i'm alone i guess

that gif was a nice gesture tho
>Bipolar I
>BDD
It's a pretty horrible mixture. My BDD triggers my depression phases and just fucks me up for days/weeks and I'll self-destruct in alcohol and porn.
The manic phases are nice, but I feel like an idiot because I tell myself I have no reason to be happy. I'm always smiling like an idiot and everyone at work thinks I got pussy the night before.
mental ones
>severe depression
>social and generalized anxiety
>agoraphobia
>hypnophobia
>aspergers
>adhd
>insomnia
physical ones
>chronic daily headaches
>tmj disorder
>several other pain conditions around my head/face/neck
>overactive bladder
>nasal obstruction
>herniated and bulging discs in my cervical spine
>sleep apnea
i've taken lots of different types of medication and surgery. none of it has helped and most has made me worse
