I'm pretty sure he did... he confessed out of a deal... there was som evidence against him, he was actually being accused for more than just 2 rapes, but those were the only they could proove, so he made a deal with the tribunal to confess, in exchange for a shorter sentence, to end the prosecution at once, i don't know how this shit works. But he told mom, in private, he was guilty. And my sister told that he molested her at some points, but it was more or less "careful". She didn't even realizedwhat he was doing until she grew up. So she's not really traumatized nor resentful.
We lost everything though. Prisions are a bit chaotic here, 3rd world prisions, notveven once. My mom had to bribe the cops to protect him and pay fees to the prisoners"chiefs" since there's some sort of hierarchy going on inside jail, to leave my father alone. In six months we had lost all we had and my mother was nothing but a living walking debt. Six months later father was killed. Things like this always happen. Rapists and people who committed crimes against children never survive long in the jail. They have their own sort of moral code where rape and infanticide are the worst of sins.
