Well, I'm 26 and never had to take any medication longer than a week from being sick before. So assuming I've been doing this for less than a month, is there any way to undo the damage?

i think this would increase your lifespan, or at least keep your energy levels up so you can enjoy it. these look mostly like vitamins and healthy stuff, not toxic pharm chemicals. pretty sure it's fine.

I've got a buddy who takes about 10 a day and he says it helps a lot. That may be a little excessive but it'll definitely do more good than harm.
