I just started with getting off the computer earlier and playing games earlier. it was just more fun to get more real video games in me. I then deleted most of the mobile games I had and only play them during the day or evening. I'm now waking up around 11-10AM.

For those of you thinking a job will break the cycle, make sure you get a job in the city or main town you live in. I stated wagecucking at a job in a nearby town/village with fucking nothing there. I just work, go home, go on pc, sleep, etc. No cycle has been broken, don't meet new people or do anything after work.

I had a job that was just a 20 minute bus ride away but the bus would only show up like every 40 minutes and often now show up at all so I'd often end up with two hours shaved off my day just sitting/standing around being anxious. I also always took the same bus and hated the view.
Luckily there's some potential jobs down the street from where I live, but I also wouldn't mind travelling some ways if it's a comfy and reliable ride.
