Well, the cheaper they are the less long they'll last, so bare that in mind, but yes there are really cheap ones out there.
The answer is soap and patience, this one is very stretchy so you could probably almost turn it inside out and get it clean that way. Some less elastic ones have additional cleaning holes on the entrance-opposite end
