Guys help, i fucking cut my finger with a kitchen knife 3 hours ago. What the fuck should i do now, i'm scared, i lost a lot of blood, i don't know if it's bad enough to go to the hospital.

Unless you have some kind of immune, circulation, or clotting disorder, you'll be fine. You might have scar, though. If you want to avoid a scar my suggestion is to disinfect the wound, then get some Krazy Glue and glue the cut shut. Scarring is caused by the growth of tissue to mesh the two ends of the torn flesh together. Gluing the wound shut will help prevent scarring. Fun fact: Krazy Glue was originally developed for medical use in combat in Viet Nam.
You're fine. I sharpen knives professionally, I get cut all the time, and far worse than this. Never needed a hospital visit.

Disinfect it and wrap it up, you'll be fine. Change the bandages and clean it every day and if it starts getting some discoloration take some antibiotics.
