Meeting new people, having a presentation, being a new situation, and just be relaxed without wanting to kill yourself.

For me, I just went through so much bullshit hardship that I stopped giving a fuck about the small things. Talking to people seems much less daunting when you've got to worry about finding a job/starving.
Motivation is key.
