I drink two giant glasses of water before I sleep, and two when I wake up so I don't think it is that.

Do you watch tv/use a smartphone/play vidya/use laptop or anything like that in bed? Try to condition yourself so that you only get in bed to sleep if so.

Try exercising a bit, at least just walking for 20-30 minutes.

I have bad dreams and sometimes wake up feeling out of breath and dizzy, those two things help a bit. I try to enjoy my dreams for the most part, but sometimes there's nothing you can do.

That's good advice, I do use my phone in bed. I try to walk every day but lately I've had a bad ankle, maybe that explains why I've been sleeping worse lately.

My body feels like it's rejecting something. When I do throw up I just throw up a little bit, nothing really gross from the day before.

every morning when I wake up I get an opportunity to wake up and feel good, but I choose not to and end up sleeping a few extra hours which makes me feel horrible and unproductive and want to kill myself
