I was interested in tulpa a while ago but i personally couldn't manage to convince my brain into self inducing schizophrenia but i read a alot about it,technicly physical interaction is something you'd only be able to do in really late stages of developing a tulpa because managing to impose them in your vision takes a while and even then it'll only be slight mental pressure/feeling when you touch them but won't feel that real,iirc they however get to feel your touching or whatever.

I'm only on the early stages of verbal communication, basically I can only talk to my tulpa when I focus on her.
Beyond that she can't interact with me.
But technically you can once your tulpa has become sentient with a body that you can see. You can then start to add touch into the equation by feeling something that is, in this case similar to a lions fur and make it so your brain interprets this as the fur of your tulpa and eventually you'll feel the same sensation by stroking your tulpa with a lot of practice as it recalls the memory and sensation of it.

OP if you are still here I will tell you your story has been documented quite a few times I've seen throughout my research on tulpas. The important thing to do is not to panic and instead reconcile with your tulpa. This actually has been successfully resolved twice by having sexual with tulpa. The emotions of sex burst through and your tulpa will become somewhat sentient. It's a common mistake to make a servitor instead of a tulpa, just pour your feelings and emotions into him.
