The only way you should be asking this question is if you're pouring an expensive craft or import.
German beers have a certain method of pouring, for example.
Most beer, especially non-craft domestic, don't need anything special.
Just tip the glass to minimize the distance between itself and the mouth of the bottle. In a lot of cases, it's relatively similar to pouring a glass of soda.
