Grow out some hair or something, get a good hairstyle, take care of your skin and that will probably take you up to a 6/10, definitely with some nose correction surgery, though i'm a trap with the same exact nose problem so i can't really shame you for that
the width of your face and the shape is what is unattractive, it looks messy and uncanny Maybe a beard would help.
