I become uncontrollably stiff and autistic around others, even around my family. I need to take deep breaths before getting out of my car just so I can walk into a grocery store. Today is my birthday and I don't feel like doing anything in particular with anyone

I never leave the house and hide in my room when there's company
Avoidance. I avoid social situations as often as possible. The only times I partake in them are when I'm required to, such as buying something or going to work, and even then I remain reserved and try to stay on everyone's good side.
