I wake up and my sheet is no where to be found on the bed. You're overreacting.
I often fall asleep on my couch, but wake up on my bed. I live alone, so I know no one prodded me into moving. Sometimes I wake up and there's pasta in the fridge, but I don't remember making it. And often times, I wake up completely naked.
One time I set up a camera in my bedroom and a few throughout my house to observe my behavior. I checked the bedroom camera first thing n the morning. I speed through it and see that I didn't move from my bed for the whole night, so I skip the other cameras and go to the kitchen to get breakfast. I open the fridge, and there's a new batch of pasta in there.
I do the same. Now I just sleep naked.
